SheSTEM is an organization dedicated to empowering and supporting future women in the Rio Grande Valley who are interested in pursuing careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Through various programs, events, and partnerships, SheSTEM provides mentorship, education, and resources to young girls and women to help them explore their passions and develop the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen fields.
By closing the gender gap in these industries, SheSTEM is not only helping to advance the careers of women but also contributing to the growth and prosperity of the Rio Grande Valley community as a whole.
We are committed to empowering individuals to embrace their potential, define their path, and make a positive impact on the community.
VISION
SheSTEM’s goal is to spread throughout Texas and inspire girls to pursue careers in STEM through SheSTEM’s programs and other opportunities. SheSTEM hopes to connect with various STEM companies and women in STEM who hope to contribute to the future generation of women.
